JP Precision Construction was founded by Joshua Pardee, a Northern Michigan native with a passion for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and professional project management.

Joshua's career combines more than five years managing commercial construction projects valued from $1 million to over $150 million with two years of professional construction estimating and several years of hands-on residential construction experience.
Today, he brings that same level of organization, communication, and attention to detail to homeowners throughout Northern Michigan, delivering projects with professionalism from the initial consultation through final completion.
